Two Bedroom Flat Refurbishment

This is one of 4 flats in the same block we refurbished. Like them all it had been condemned by the council due to the condition of it. Everything had to be removed, even the plaster got taken back to the brick work. The flat was fully rewired, new plumbing and drainage, brand new bathroom that was fully tiles, a new fitted kitchen with appliances, this was particularly difficult in this flat due to the curved windows. Full new windows and oak internal fire doors. Fully boarded and plastered throughout with new flooring, woodwork and decorating. The commercial client was very pleased with the outcome, now onto the next flat!
