Commercial Project - Stud Work Week

This commercial project has been evolving over a number of years. This week it was time for the timber frame for the internal walls to be fitted. This part of the new build section of this project had four flats. After segmenting the individual flats we got to work on constructing the bedrooms, bathrooms and living spaces.

The timber works for this part of the project took one of our teams a week during which they installed over 1000m of timber using nearly 4000 screws all to the exact specification of the architects plans.

All ready now for the plumber and electrician to do their bit before we come back and fill the walls with insulation, covered by plaster board.
