New Fixed Size Extension with Kitchen Add-on

This customer took advantage of one of our fixed priced single store extensions with the added extra of a new kitchen. With a combine effort from our own inhouse install teams and some of our tried and tested sub-contractors we were able to turn this project around in just 6 week.

Our groundworks team, cleared the way and installed all the new footings and floor slab followed by all the new blockwork. After the timber was complete and our electrician had been in it was time for insulation, boarding and plaster.

This project was all about the finishing touches, sunken TV, smart tech kitchen and full mood lighting. The final parts were the painting, 2nd fix carpentry, the new wooden floor and the kitchen fitting. All wrapped up, as promised before Christmas.
