Shop Refurbishment

After we had divided this old commercial space and demolished 2/3 of its original size we were left with an empty shell that needed to be ready for a new commercial high street front. We brought the shop up to current standards by fitting an insulated fire boarded celling, installing a new wiring system that included emergency lighting and fire safety. The whole shop front had to be moved to meet planning restrictions along with a small wall at the front. We added a small kitchen and a disabled toilet and then finished the shop with new boarding and plaster followed by a lick of paint – all ready for a new tenant to move in and add their own detail touches
