Sandstone Patio with Sleeper Walls and New Turf

This customer had their decking done with us a few years ago and came back to us to get a new patio area created. Due to the trees and the levels of the land it was very hard to use the area for anything. We dug down and levelled a new 5m x 5m area, using the earth to bank the retaining slope to create another level area. The 2 tiers were created using treated sleepers along with steps and a surround which were all sealed, concerted into the ground and braced from behind. After installing a concrete base, we laid a 25m2 sandstone patio, 5 patio steps, a new path, 35m2 of new turf and just to finish it off we fitted some mood lighting and power switches.
