Your Choice Building & Landscaping offer complete project management for new build and home improvement building projects. Drawing from our years in the building industry we only use skilled professional tradesmen and can offer the benefit of our group buying of materials providing significant material cost savings. We can work with your existing architects and interior designers or introduce you to our service providers to assist with design, drawings, through to planning permission.
External Structures
Our experienced landscaping teams undertake ground works and construction of timber buildings such as summer houses and sheds on a regular basis.
Combine this with our regular sub-contracted electrician and plasterer and we are able to build high spec bespoke outdoor buildings. For an outdoor office, guest house or just a relaxing outdoor room to entertain.
Utilising the same skill base but supplementing with experienced bricklayers and qualified plumbers and we are perfectly placed to build full extensions, outdoor storage buildings, even garages.
Our in house project manager and buying team have years of construction experience from small projects to high end house builds from the ground up. We can also assist with producing architect drawings and obtaining planning permission if needs be.
Kitchens & Bathrooms
Smaller projects such as kitchens and bathrooms are often more of a headache than one would imagine. For instance what seems like a simple kitchen or bathroom project may require up to five separate trades to bring to fruition. All working around each other in a carefully orchestrated way.
Ensuring all are onsite with the correct materials on the correct date with all prerequisite tasks completed prior to their arrival is a challenge for even the most committed home owner.
With a Your Choice managed project this is not a problem for you! And any potential delays with trades or material deliveries can be mitigated.
The number of concurrent projects we run mean even our sub-contracted labour can be utilised and redeployed elsewhere. Keeping budget and deadline slip to a minimum.
